Very nice facility with great tennis offerings. The courts are well-maintained and the tennis trainers are excellent. I can't speak to the pool or fitness center, but the customer service employees at the main desk are friendly and helpful.

It’s vary mid especially the camp the camp can be very boring. Depends which counselor you have. If you’re seeing this Kaley, it was definitely not Grayson Zhivotovsky.

Nice tennis courts but only 4 courts. I would recommend for tennis classes. Overall no concerns but Schaumburg stp is much bigger.

Pretty big place with a lot of options for things to do and availability to participate in activities. The staff is friendly and I have no real complaints. Only thing blocking the fifth star is that there are elements of the place that feel "old/not maintained." Generic example is the locker room has sliding doors. Those doors are heavily "worn" (beat up from poorly placed, cheap lock mechanisms) and don't function very well (loud squeaks and don't glide well). Overall, a minor inconvenience, but it's those little details that tend to hint at greater care/priorities for a property.

We’ve been members since 2010. Love the facility…so many things to do. The camps and classes are all great. The staff is wonderful. Right now my daughter is on swim team. Absolutely love this program. The outdoor pool is one of our regular stops every week.
